Through neuroscience-based group trainings grounded in the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, we help take people from hoping they will change to knowing how to succeed at change. About Dr. Cari Schaefer, DACM

Change has been the center of my work for more than 26 years.

As a healthcare practitioner, I spent decades helping people who felt stuck in patterns they didn’t understand—chronic symptoms, burnout, stress, and lives that no longer felt aligned with who they wanted to be. Again and again, I saw the same truth: lasting change does not happen because we want it to. It happens when we learn how to create it.

Over the years, I have helped thousands of people change the way they heal, feel, and live. But like many people, I also experienced moments where change felt temporary—where breakthroughs would happen, only to see old patterns slowly return. That curiosity led me deeper into the science of transformation.

That journey brought me to the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza and certification as an NCS Consultant, where I trained in the neuroscience of change—learning how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors shape outcomes in health, performance, and life.

Today, I combine over two decades of healthcare experience with neuroscience-based training to help individuals, teams, and organizations move beyond hoping for change and into knowing how to create it.
